Welcome to blythe. These terms cover what you can expect from us, and what we ask of you, when you use blythepets.com or buy from us.
They're a binding agreement between you and Blythe Pets Inc., a Delaware corporation ("blythe," "we," "us"). By using our site or placing an order, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

1. Who can buy from us
You must be at least 13 years old to use this site. If you're under 18, you may only use the site and place orders with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian, who agrees to these terms on your behalf and is responsible for the order.
By placing an order, you confirm you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement, or that a parent or guardian has done so for you.
2. Our products are grooming aids — not veterinary medicine
This matters, so we'll be direct about it.
blythe products are cosmetic grooming and hygiene products for pets. They are not veterinary medicines, drugs, or medical devices. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition in any animal.
Nothing on this site — including ingredient explanations, articles, or educational content — is veterinary advice. It's general information.
If your pet has an ear infection, an eye condition, persistent discharge, pain, swelling, odour, or any other symptom that concerns you, see a licensed veterinarian. Don't use our products in place of veterinary care, and don't delay treatment because of anything you read here.
Always follow the directions on the packaging. Discontinue use and consult your vet if irritation occurs. Our products are for external use only, on the areas described on the label. blythe clear. is for the fur and skin around the eyes — never in the eye.
3. Accounts
You can shop as a guest or create an account.
If you create one, you're responsible for keeping your login details secure and for anything that happens under your account. Give us accurate information and keep it current. Tell us at team@blythepets.com if you think your account has been compromised.
We may suspend or close accounts that are used fraudulently, abusively, or in breach of these terms.
4. Orders and pricing
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we confirm shipment — not when you check out.
We may refuse or cancel any order, including where:
- The item is out of stock
- There's an error in the price or product description
- We suspect fraud or unauthorised activity
- We can't lawfully ship to your location
If we cancel an order you've paid for, we'll refund you in full.
Prices are shown in USD unless stated otherwise and may change at any time. We try hard to be accurate, but if an obvious pricing or description error occurs, we reserve the right to correct it and cancel affected orders.
Taxes are calculated at checkout where applicable.
5. Shipping and international orders
We ship domestically and internationally. Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees, and we're not responsible for carrier delays.
If you're ordering from outside the United States: you are the importer of record. You are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, and clearance fees, which are not included in our prices and are charged separately by your local authorities. If a parcel is refused or returned because these weren't paid, we can refund the product cost but not the shipping.
Some products may not be available in every country. It's your responsibility to ensure the products you order can lawfully be imported to your location.
Risk of loss passes to you when the carrier delivers the order.
6. Subscriptions and automatic renewal
Please read this section carefully — it describes a recurring payment.
When you sign up for a blythe subscription:
- You authorise us to charge your payment method automatically on a recurring basis at the interval you selected (for example, monthly), until you cancel.
- The price, frequency, and products in your subscription are shown to you before you confirm, and again in your order confirmation.
- Your subscription renews automatically and continues indefinitely until cancelled.
- We may change subscription pricing, but we'll give you advance notice by email before any change takes effect, and you can cancel before it does.
Cancelling, pausing, or skipping. You can pause, skip, or cancel anytime from your account — no email required, no hoops. Changes must be made at least 3 days before your renewal date. Once an order has been charged and processed, we can't cancel it, but you can cancel future renewals.
If a payment fails, we may retry it and may suspend or cancel your subscription. You're responsible for keeping your payment details current.

7. Returns and refunds
Our Returns & Refunds Policy forms part of these terms. In short: 30 days, unopened and sealed, we pay return shipping. Please read it in full.
8. Using our site
You may use blythepets.com for lawful, personal purposes. Please don't:
- Copy, scrape, or republish our content, images, or product information
- Use our site to break the law or infringe anyone's rights
- Interfere with the site's operation or security
- Buy for commercial resale without our written permission
- Misrepresent yourself or use another person's payment details
9. Our content belongs to us
All content on this site — our name, logo, product names, formulas as presented, text, illustrations, photography, and design — is owned by Blythe Pets Inc. or our licensors and protected by intellectual property law.
You may not use it without our written permission, except to view and share pages normally.
10. Reviews and anything you post
If you submit a review, comment, or other content, you're responsible for it, and you confirm it's your own and doesn't infringe anyone's rights.
You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, display, and reproduce that content in connection with our business.
We may remove content that's unlawful, misleading, offensive, or off-topic.
11. Disclaimers
We provide the site and products "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties not expressly stated here, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
We don't warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components, or that any product will produce a particular result for your pet.
This doesn't limit any rights you have under mandatory consumer protection laws in your country, which apply regardless of anything in these terms.
12. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Blythe Pets Inc. and its officers, employees, and suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the site or our products.
Our total liability for any claim relating to a product or order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order.
Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded — including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.
13. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify Blythe Pets Inc. against claims, losses, and reasonable costs arising from your breach of these terms, your misuse of our products, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
14. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
If you're a consumer in a country whose laws give you the right to bring proceedings locally, or grant you protections that can't be waived, those rights still apply.
15. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted here is the one that applies, and we'll update the "last updated" date when we do.
For material changes affecting subscriptions or pricing, we'll notify subscribers by email in advance.
Continuing to use the site after changes means you accept them.
16. General
If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect.
If we don't enforce a right straight away, we haven't waived it.
These terms, together with our Returns & Refunds Policy, are the entire agreement between us regarding your use of the site.
